The roots of the BrewHaHa Foundation began in 2007 when a group of committed individuals came together to raise funds for much-needed therapy for deaf and hard-of-hearing children by creating a Halloween event named BrewHaHa. Since then, BrewHaHa has partnered with five different Tampa Bay organizations to raise funds for college scholarships for severely-disabled children in low-income families, provide prosthetics and wheelchairs for disabled children, fund support services for children with cancer, and support deserving children in our foster care system.
Party for a Purpose
Funds raised from the BrewHaHa event have helped these organizations in their missions and provided exposure and connections that created additional opportunities for them long after the event itself. To help continue this work, the BrewHaHa Foundation was formed in 2015 with the mission of providing funding, exposure and support for under-resourced organizations in our area that truly make a difference in the lives of children in need.
